Return policy

Cancellation

  • Cancel before shipping/production: Full refund.
  • No cancellation after shipping.

Returns (if applicable)

  • Return within 14 days of receipt.
  • Requirements: Unused, in original condition and packaging, with purchase proof.
  • Don’t send returns to the manufacturer.
  • Shipping: Maximum 1 shipping charge (includes return shipping); no restocking fees.

Refunds (if applicable)

  • An email will be sent after return inspection (including receipt confirmation and refund approval/rejection status).
  • Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within [specify number, e.g., 3-7] days.

Late/Missing Refunds (if applicable)

  1. Check your bank account first.
  2. Contact your credit card company (refunds may take time to show up in statements).
  3. Contact your bank for further verification.
